Ingredients
1 Cup Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1/3 Cup Monk Fruit (or any sweetener)
1/3 Cup Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 Cups Wild Blueberries
1/3 Cup Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips
Directions
Start by creaming your sweetener and butter
Then add in your egg and vanilla
Then mix in you dry ingredients
Gently fold in chips and blueberries
Place mixture in plastic wrap
Freeze dough for 30 min
Roll into balls
Bake 350°
For 12-14 minutes
Let cool completely
