I am going on Symphony for the second time in about two months. I do not complain about children being on ships as many other people do, as I enjoy a family atmosphere and excitement even though my son is now an adult. However, hearing that your daughter was doing cartwheels with other little girls in the bar made me pause. Perhaps that should be saved for a play area???

Nice video. So, when did you make it? Looks like the ship is half empty. Where are the jam-packed crowds? I wish this ship were always like that. However, that is not the actual depiction, and some people may get the wrong idea.

I’m a Carnival gal but want to venture into Royal. This is a beautiful ship, but because I’m not familiar with the Royal brand, I’m afraid that I’d never be able to experience all that this ship has to offer. It’s so much to see.

I had Jamie's Italian on Mariner of the seas. I ate there for lunch. 35 bucks for 2 people. We really enjoyed it. The pasta is amazing.

On turn over day in the Windjammer, watch for cold lobster dishes! They need to turn hooked over and get rid of the seafood they didn't use because they have fresh stuff being loaded in. Seafood has to be fresh and yes the stuff on the buffet is absolutely fresh so they will cook off all the remaining lobsters, cut them up, and put them in the Windjammer. First day and MAYBE second day you will see it, but after day 2 it's all gone. Most of the time on embarkation day it's gone.

#1 tip is to never go to the windjammer on embarkation day. just go to the solarium bistro or sometimes the MDR will be open as well
