My favorite part is how they keep singing as they're being catapulted into their watery graves. This movie was my childhood ❤️

Good old Nora, she proves you don't have to be related to a child or know him for very long to be a first-class Mama Bear.

I love how she’s threatening them with violence through the whole song. Helen Reddy was a legend ❤️

I love how they continue singing while being thrown in the air @ 2:42. And I love how she popped out of the water in time to finish the song at 2:55

"Leave town, keep on going before I can count to five." Best sentence in the whole song! What a badass lyric. 😃👍🐉

Nora’s love for Elliot is so strong. The line “watch out or I’ll tear you apart” always stuck with me. And Elliot finally gave the Gorgons a bath !

Aside from "Happiest Home in These Hills", this has got to be my favorite song in this movie. Such a childhood classic.

As Lampie and Pete are rowing away from the Gogans, Nora is in her confidence pose as if she is ready and waiting to defend Pete. Not even trying to get away from the Gogans.

Both Helen Reddy and Shelley Winters really gave it their all in this film, and you can tell in this scene in particular.

I’ve seen it mentioned in other comments, but this film really would make for an awesome Broadway musicial, with a little a little bit of retooling.

I think it’s interesting that Helen Reddy had a big role in this movie, even though she wasn’t a professional actress. It’s just like Billy Joel, who was the voice of Dodger in Oliver and Company.

Nora is THE definition of "strong female character"! She was raring to go and would have torn all four of them limb for limb.
