bought me a ps4 pro today, and I'm pretty impressed as i've only played on my buddies standard ps4 and I myself have a ps1 and ps3 and think the pro looks premium in style in person. My friend has the launch ps4 and my pro def runs quieter and doesn't seem as hot. I also have the orig x1 and although the x1 does run as quiet as any console i've owned the ps4 pro isn't far behind.. go get yourself one.

id finally clean mine it was all dried up it never been cleaned since day I bought it 3 years ago because the fan was loud now its all quiet when added new paste, your video really helped thanks

I love the tear down process ..It is in the re-assembling that things tend to go bad . And always i end up with a few unused screws xD

Great design work inside there. Could probably miniaturise further too if they weren't playing it safe with heat, lot of empty space in that PSU by the looks of it.

Curious why they made the fan and heatsink so much bigger when the wattage is pretty similar to launch model PS4s.
