Main bahut pareshan hu, health ko lekar, 2 saal se mera 8kg se 10kg weight kam gaya hai, abhi weight hai mera, 50kg, age 40,
bahut khata hu, protin food bhi khata hu fir bhi weight gain nahi hota hai, thoda kamjori sa lagta hai,
