I can confirm with the maps you get from delves you just have to complete a tier 8 delve to receive the chest with 610 loot, it does not need to be bountiful

IDK what everyone's experience has been but after clearing the raid with no drops this feels like I'm in an alternate universe where I can't get any loot that's an upgrade. It has been brutal even in mythics so I don't know if the new hamster wheel is just getting a bunch of useless gear hunting for an upgrade. Delves are a nightmare borefest that Blizz keeps making even worse. This loot system has been awful for me and makes me question why play at all if you only get 1 upgrade per reset from the vault.

I got three rings three cloaks out of 7 delves. Drop's Fing crazy.

Delves are DEFINITELY the endgame that most of my Toons will enjoy, i think 616/619 ilvl with Procs/Embellishments is a good stopping point for all but the hardcore Andys that want to run Keys like a madman. as you'll need nearly 1K Mythic Crests to cap out at 630+ on all your slots, which i'll argue isnt worth when this is just the first season and the next season will make that ilvl the baseline for Delves. this is why Crafted to me is king above all else, because you can take that same gear you got/made and upgrade it into the new season's bracket.

During last nights skittering delve the damage skyrocketed mid fight with mobs. On a plus 8 with a group I was normal attacked for 9 million.

I think the main issue is that most T8 delves aren't really soloable until you've really high ilvl, for a lot of classes at least. I've been doing them with friends and its been fun, but doing by myself, even on tank spec, is sooo sweaty.

Also, Ara-Kara last boss feel so overtuned for a mechanic that kinda requires you to have omnicd. Not to mention there's so many mechanics going on at the same time and some of them don't even work properly - like puddles disappearing or grasping blood not rooting players, or players being released before the boss sucking everybody in. this fight just sucks HARD. feels like it was developed by a mmo player that was designing their first boss encounter and wanted to throw all shit into a single fight, without even worrying on telegraphing mechanics.

On that note, some mechanics are terrible to see - brown whirls on brown floors? You'd think that after 20 years blizz had this figured out, but nooo...

you only get 2 runed crests for the fitst tier 8 delve, after that you don't get any crests. Don't know if this is intended or a bugg, wasn't mentioned in the hotfix

u can also craft 610ilvl gear with 5x Forged Gladiators Heraldry with some quest giving u 9 of them

I also think that I'm allergic to the word "crest" now, since Blizzard seems to use it in many of their games.

you can get 3 maps per/char a week, so 3 items at 610 ilvl

I've only gotten 2 Runed crests from my first T8 bountiful delve. No more since.
