Curious, where is the AI occuring here exactly? It seems to be a predetermined booking flow with predefined logic. Eg. clicking 'Proceed to checkout' will always proceed to checkout, clicking 'Show boarding pass' is always going to show the boarding pass. Not knocking the demo, but just wondering what role AI plays in this flow. Dynamically displaying functional widgets within a chat window is cool though!
