The Magnificent Seven (2016) - Ending Scene (HD)

Despite the massive destruction and untold lives lost, the surviving citizens are thankful to Chisolm, Vasquez, and Red. The people thank them all as they ride out of town.

The final scene shows the graves of Faraday, Robicheaux, Horne, and Billy. Emma's voice-over states that the people of Rose Creek will never forget the men that fought for something that wasn't theirs, and what they did was...MAGNIFICENT.

Don't care what people say when i went to watch this in the theaters i came out getting goosebumps considering how big a fan i am of the Seven Samurai and the older Magnificient Seven.

Outstanding ending and music. Great cast. Top notch. This is one of my favorite Westerns along with Tombstone and the amazing Lonesome Dove!

What I like about movies like The Magnificent Seven is that it reminds us that heroes can die two. They are not always the " Captain America" who cannot get hurt cliché. A lot of movies will show our heroes walking away without a scratch, but not this one and I believe that's what makes it good.

When I saw this in the theaters, the whole theater applauded when they heard the Mag 7 theme. A friend of mine had the same experience, but didn't understand, because she never saw the original. I fixed that for her.

Although throughout the movie Faraday and Vasquez were giving us the impression they do not like each other, you can see the look on the latter’s face when he shakes his head that he is going to miss the former. Kinda of heartbreaking when you think about it.

Everyone seemed to have forgotten the last great western .. which was faithful to the classic storyline of the genre.. SILVERADO.. the Magnificent Seven. And all its sequels and remakes will forever definite what a great western should be. Magnificent!

This is like the Saving Private Ryan of Westerners with the most of the main protagonists sacrificing themselves in the end.

Now this is how brave soilders back in the days volunteered to fight for freedom and justice without any demand for anything. This movie is definitely a good example of it. Seven strangers coming together to fight for the rights of every people in that town and to free them from being abused and enslaved. But yet even after finishing the enemies off with the final battle losing some of their best friends, they still moved on as if everything was fine. Real soilders with great courage and confidence I must say❤

This would be a great move even if Fuqua didn't pay homage to the theme song from the fact that he did is more than appreciated.

Captain Miller and most of his team gave their lives for something greater than themselves; which was reuniting Private Ryan with his mother who had lost her other sons during Operation Overlord in WWII.

In The Magnificent 7, skilled yet flawed men redeem themselves by devoting their talents to saving a town who couldn’t and wouldn’t stand for themselves. More or less it’s a classic American story and reoccurring theme in most westerns, which is redemption.

While the parallels may appear absent to some, I think what he meant was both stories had the same themes relating to sacrifice, courage, and redemption.

The main takeaway is a key theme to being an American, which again is standing up for others, courage, and redemption. While all of us are flawed, rather than running from our past fears we are meant to use our God-given talents in the defense of freedom and service to others.
