Storm systems in South and Midwest putting 58 million under tornado threats

More than 58 million people across the Mississippi Valley and the Midwest are facing a tornado threat along with thunderstorms, hail and damaging winds. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda shares more on residents desperately trying to find safe shelter after a tornado touched down in Little Rock, Arkansas.
