Baby pigeon just hatched!

Have you ever seen baby pigeons? These little guys are fresh out of the egg. One of the baby pigeons here was actually hatched the day before. When pigeons lay eggs they do it two at a time and usually two days apart. Because of this the babies, or squeakers as they are called, are usually hatched two days apart. They grow incredibly fast from here nearly doubling in size each day.
