Healthy Chipotle Mayonnaise-Dip

Ingredients:-
1 large red bell pepper
5-6 cloves garlic
10 cashews
5-6 Kashmiri red chilies (adjust accordingly)
1/2 cup paneer
1/2 cup hung curd
1/2 tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Soak cashews and red chilies for an hour. Roast bell pepper over a flame. Remove the skin, chop roughly then add it to a blender along with rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy. Add little bit of water if required. If using as a dip then garnish with some dried oregano, red chili flakes and dill. Keep in refrigerator up to 7 days and Enjoy!
