No Air Coming Out of Vents in Car

You could have a working fan/blower but STILL NO AIR if the directional flaps are screwed, or a duct hose disconnected.
No air doesn't always mean a bad motor.

As the car Eco sport is started, the ac comes out of the vents. later as the car engine runs for sometime, the air runs inside only, it doesn't come out off the vents. What should i do?
