The HVAC check valve corrected the air flow issue for my '95 corvette. The cruise control had just stopped working as well. The service manual said if the cruise control does not work and there is no air coming out the dash grilles, check the vacuum lines for a leak. Sure enough the HVAC check valve was broken. Replaced and problem solved.
