Oh a brilliant and powerful episode ♥ The man in the swamp is Murad IV the man. The man on the dark horse is Murad IV the Sultan. The swamp symbolises Murad IV's enemies, betrayal and struggles he faces as sultan. When Murad sinks into the swamp he is getting rid of, his enemies, anything that is human and emotional in him and the Murad on the dark horse tells that Murad will become a very powerful Sultan. Murad IV 's success is confirmed when he comes out of the swamp. This is even historically true as IV has many successes as Sultan. Thanks to the script writers a great episode
