I'm not sure if I'd switch Johanna and Finnick? Cinna and Prim would definitely be 7 or 8.

I love how often Katniss ends up on these lists with so many other books particularly YA books the protagonist is rarely one of people's favorites but Katniss is such a well-written character the she bucks that trend
