How to install fan clips

Even though it looks self-explanatory, there are a few things that can be confusing when installing cooler fans using the included fan clips. Our short guideline video will show you step by step how to do it.

For people with the Pure Rock 2.
The way shown is very hard to do. I recommend putting on clip on the fan and then installing it at an angle, then pressing the fan onto the cooler. Finally you attach the second clip. It takes a bit of pressure to get it hooked so be sure to support the other side of the cooler so it doesn't snap.

So, for your next improvement of the Dark Rock series: provide them with fan clips like you do with your lower models, those are easier to use, especially when fan has to be detached. Also, for the Dark Rock 4 Pro, make it possible to detach the top cover, so people can mount the middle fan from the top instead of the side. Then, a fixed crossbar on the cooler so that thing doesn't move around during install of the cooler which may lead to bad installment of the cooler. Lastly, design it in such way that memory clearance isn't an issue.

I replaced my pure rock with dark rock and was struggling with unclipping dark rock fans since they don't have the small handles, and after this video I can't believe it's that easy... lol

Das ist sehr gut, dass ihr dieses Thema behandelt. Gibt es einen Grund, wieso man nicht überall solche Lüfterklammergriffe einplant? Das Problem sieht man nächlich beim ersten Lüfter (gefummel), wohingegen bei der zweiten Installation (mit Griffen) die Handhabung viel besser und einfacher gelingt.

Fan performance is good, but pls change the design for installing the fan. It's so damn hard! My fan is not align but i let it be because just spent more than an hour just to install the fan clip.

Do you guys forget that you needed to mount the fan to the cooler then realized it just before shipping?
Because it's like there was zero thought on the design of the clips.
