I made the smores truffles. The salt is ESSENTIAL, because without it, it's way too rich. Also, if you use regular chocolate chips like I had to, chop them up first. And make sure you either don't use too many graham crackers or you have an extra jar of marshmallow fluff on hand.

For the hasselback apples, a good tip for cutting them (since it can be kind of fiddly and annoying to not accidentally chop it all the way through) is to use a wooden spoon or something by lying it next to the apple until the spoon stops you from cutting any further (:
