Where you you live? I am in Phoenix, Arizona, zone 9b. We garden mostly from late August to late April. In the summer is very hot but we can still grow melons, sunflowers, Armenian cucumbers, Malabar spinach, long beans (Asian), flowers, peppers, and eggplants.
