Would you use such a version if we build it in 2021?

Povilas, I find it very interesting to include Livewire components in the QuickAdminPanel. I believe that Livewire offers the backend developer the possibility to create more interactive and current interfaces in a more direct way, privileging his knowledge in Laravel. Thanks for the video and the initiative.

Yea, it's interesting and would be useful to have Livewire version. The functionality you showed in this video is already a good set of ideas.
And i think it will be easier to provide more ideas after playing with your prototype or Livewire in general.
Have a great holidays!

I finish today your livewire course and a quickadminpanel with livewire is very interesting. Thank you for your videos and courses.

Would definitely be a good option to have in future as livewire is getting a lot more popular and very usefull

I agree - Live Wire would be really useful because customisation would be way easier since I only need to learn blade. Learning Vue JS and jQuery is much less desirable than a livewire version.

I agree with all the positive reviews. I think it's a great idea to add Livewire to the QuickAdminPanel as a full functioning feature. I hope you decide to follow through on the idea!

Yes Povilas, I'd like to use a Livewire version of QAP. I don't think it is usable only for small projects, I think that for "admin" part of projects it is ok. It is a great choice to have the possibility to use only PHP and no Javascript or Jquery etc..

Livewire would be a plus! it is way easier to customize and we would have full control, i have been using as for cruds a lot and clients are loving. Another thing would be to add a tailwind +alpine + livewire so would get rid of jquery, adding this features would bring lots mote customers to quickadminpanel as they would get full reactivity in pure laravel without the need of a javascript framework.

I'm 100% for LiveWire. I'd love to have it. Please do it. I really don't like jQuery Data Tables.

I personally would use it for sure. At the moment i am moving slowly towards the TALL stack. In the future I will concentrate more to enhance the projects with Livewire rather than jquery or vue.

Povilas,

I have asked you about this feature a couple of weeks ago. I'm happy to see that you are giving this serious consideration. You have my vote on this feature. Livewire makes it much easier and seamless to add javascript-like reactivity in your Laravel apps without having to learn Vuejs or React. Thumbs up!

Either way you decide I think there should be an option to switch a project between jQuery, Vue Js and Livewire in Quick Admin Panel. Each one of them is good for it's own reason. So when you are in the middle of your project and found that the functionality would be much easier to achieve in Livewire, then you switch the button in the project settings and generate files for Livewire (and vice versa).

In terms of the CRUD in Livewire, I think you should make one form for edit and create.
Maybe try to integrate a "create form" into the first/last row of the index table and switch the table cells into form fields when edit button is clicked. (I'm not even sure this is possible with LiveWire, but CRUD actions would be as easy as an Excel sheet). The demo table which you showed to us is much neater than datatables in my opinion, so you're on good path.

Good Luck!
