How QuickAdminPanel Works: Insurance Project Example

We've received an email which I decided to answer in a video format, explaining the main logic of how QuickAdminPanel works, based on this insurance project example.

I have one question:

After downloading the code and start working of the project, what if I want to make a changes in the project structure? for example, adding new module, edit some module's fields, etc ... How this will work in case there is already data in my DB, and I don't want to start from zero and download a new copy of the code.

I hope my question is clear.
