If you mad it with flex seal and flex tape with double layered cardboard it might work but you ave to put the flex seal and tape all over the boat to make it hold up

1st tape tape tape boad
2nd flex it all up like 3 coats
3rd use expanding phfome

And trust me ur boat will float
