If he was 10/10 in intelligence, he would've found nezuko, the blue spider lily easily, and wouldn't have burned in the sunlight in the final battle.
Powers: 9/10
Yes, he's very strong, but he has a habit of not hitting people's vital spots, so they end up fighting for longer.
Mistakes: 4/10
Bro literally killed the person who could've saved him, and made everyone hate him, nearly died for trying to kill yoriichi, this guy is a mess.

Intelligence I'd give an 8/10. Because I feel like the likes of Kokushibo and Doma would be able to out-think him and he knows it. It's only the curse that prevents them from surpassing him.

Power I'd give him a solid 9/10. I still think all things considered, the top 3 upper moons showed they had more grit and resolve than Muzan and were even able to at some point, over come their weaknesses such as beheading.

Mistakes...6/10 Because he'd made so many mistakes in his encounters that his downfall was literally his own doing. For one not killing Tanjiro immediately upon discovering him. Sending lower moons instead of upper moons when he realized Tanjiro's locations, thus giving him the opportunity to gain experience and awaken everyones demon slayer mark.

And his biggest mistake was thinking he could just absorb Tamayo without thinking she might have prepared for such a situation after many hundreds of years.

Power probably 9/10 'cause, He could not conquer the sun which is his only weakness because of that he could not beat Yorichii himself. Intelligence 10/10 'cause he was able to live more than 1000 years without getting harmed himself. Mistakes 7/10 'cause he could have killed Tanjiro in the Entertainment District Arc where Tanjiro first met Muzan. If he had killed him that would have not led to his losing in the battle.

(Killed his doctor who was trying to help him, therefore making himself vulnerable to sunlight, killed 4 lower moons for basically no reason instead of just ridding them of their ranks, let Tanjiro leave after witnessing his hanafuda earrings instead of killing him on the spot, could've annihilated the demon slayer core years ago but decided not to for whatever reason while knowing that they're a problem, could've found a way to not need human flesh to survive so then he wouldn't need to deal with demon slayers)
