This video lesson demonstrates how to interpret the results of the Bauer-Kirby method of antibiotic susceptibility testing by measuring the diameter of any zones of inhibition and then referring to a Zone Size Interpretive Chart to determine if that bacterium is susceptible, intermediate, or resistant to that antibiotic.

Hello, is it okay to measure the diameter on an angle and then measure it again form a different angle? That way the diameter will be on an average...
