Oh fun fact, these frogs have no tadpoles. They just give birth to baby froglets while the eggs develop inside the mother

Would a mini ecosystem in a larger tank with live plants and possibly even some form of filtered flowing water help with cleanliness? Maybe paired with UV light on days where the frogs are removed for cleaning? I imagine the plants would need removed to avoid burns but those can easily be in small clay pots so you aren't distrubing the roots.

I wonder if you could also have a lower section with gravel/rock and a screen over it (so your bubble butts don't burrow in them) with a drain tube for easier flushing and fluid removal?

I'd have one tank clean, sanitized and ready for new dirt to be put in, so when you clean out the one they're in, it's a quicker process. Then, clean out, sanitize and have the old tanks ready for the next time.

Keep them in a slighty bigger enclosure and fill it with moss, leaves and soil then add some isopods and earthworms.
That should give you more time between cleaning the enclosure.
I had these for years and I never lost one because of health issues.

Chytrid actually always lives on frogs but only effects them if they become stress, alot like ich with fish
