Lego Bikes that got updated

For those who were wondering I use stop motion studio pro to animate and I film at 12fps.

I remember those old 1970s/1980s Lego scooters with the solid gray wheels, I used to have two of them back when I was a kid, and turns out those wide, funky wheels gave it a much better roll speed than any other model of Lego bike, hence why I always used them while playing.

I never knew they re-released it back in 2014 with modifications, I’d love to see the old vs new model race each other!

Those last few weren’t pullback motors. You have to roll them forward to gather up speed but a flywheel is what maintains the speed. You can test this yourself if you don’t believe me.

They lost the motorcyle in the late 90's early 2000's and replaced it with a tricycle. V sad times. 😢

Those Stuntz motorcycles are not pullback motors. They have weighted flywheels- you run them on the floor quickly, two or three times, then let go and watch them zoom.

The 83 and dirt bike are timeless. Played with the dirt bikes a bunch as a kid with my friends, early 2000s to 2010s was peak, now i just feel like theyre capturing my interest only because they make the cars i like lol. But i would buy old space police and exo force sets if they were out now

I miss it when they used to reuse pieces from other things in creative ways like the bucket handle used as a stand for the scooter, i bet so much moulding material and machinery was saved doing that

this is so crazy i played with lego in 2011 about and i've only ever seen that first bike with the stud, never seen any other bike
