I think the 10/15 dollars goes to The License right while the 20/25 goes to Lego themselves.

I think it’s a cool display piece of u wanna use it for that specific reason and it’s a easier way to get Johnny blaze ghost rider instead of the Robby Reyes with the metal face which was just 🤮
