Lean way of working

Over the past few years, Södra Cell Mörrum has introduced several new LEAN tools and techniques. Mörrum’s focus on LEAN strategies has intensified over the past 18 months and a production system has now been launched to achieve joint working methods, increased efficiency and continuous improvement.
