Lean Doesn’t Work….in the office!

There is a misconception that lean can’t be applied in an office environment. I’m about to challenge this thinking, the fact is that lean can be applied anywhere! Hope you enjoy my latest video!

If only other places were like that. One of my most recent jobs, every time I came up with an idea to streamline things, I was castigated for catering to lazy people. My director didn't want any lazy people on his team, so his approach was to make everything as difficult as possible.

OMG ... i was using lean thinking without realizing! I work with scientific computing, and configured an environment called i3wm together with automation scripts in the terminal to expedite common tasks ... it's like the caveman's version of that board 😆
