My understanding is that individual and vehicle have specific legal ramifications for example an individual is another fictitious entity and a vehicle is the description of an automobile in service of Commerce...to paraphrase... I believe it is vitally important to be very very careful about which words you ascribe to yourself and your property and which words you use and respond to regarding their legal meaning

Thanks for posting this info, is greatly appreciated. I have reason to believe the situation regarding the MCO is that the initial registration process involves us signing a form which in turn permits the dealer to act as POE over us. The dealer then sends the allodial title (MCO) to the DVLA who take a copy of it, then destroy the original one!. Then lies the problem of a copy of the title or manufacturers certificate of origin NOT being proof of ownership, as only the original can verify such!. The MCO may have become a bonded title via the CUSIP process previously discussed, thus in that instance the bond would need to be released first. I'm not sure how accurate that is, as all such information is covertly concealed. I will be watching for further updates in this regard, cheers 🍻 .

With regards to this there are apparently 2 methods.
1. Get the DVLA to send it to yourself. Not very likely, but worth a try. They securitise it, like everything all the corps do with everything else. They won't be giving it up that easily. Like trying to remove a leech.
2. Get the manufacturer of the vehicle to send it to you. They are still required to have copies.

However, the originals are deliberately destroyed, as only the originals can be accepted as actual proof of ownership. Hence their permanent removal.
Still worth a try.
A guy on my group said he managed to get his by following a process of contacting the manufacturer (in his case kawasaki) and requested it using the VIN number.
Another way says to send the plates back to DVLA, export to England, and use your own cherished plates. I'm not entirely clear on this one, but it makes sense if the vehicle is exported to the UNITED KINGDOM, so by exporting to England it is out of corporation jurisdiction etc.

Interesting methods. Of course, its good idea to put inside a sub trust of the private trust (like a subsidiary of a corporation etc I'm sure you get what I mean)...
But like you have said, lets see.
They know now the game seems to be up and hence are trying to do everything else to distract people. Only it's partially successful as it used to be..

Since a form is simply a prescribed procedure for an action, I imagine a similar procedure could be tried with HM Land Registry, by way of notice rather than form.
However, what I recall from a brief period of work experience at a solicitors 10 years ago, one important consideration is that the solicitors who registered the land hold the original Deeds, but only for a finite period.
So either HM Land Registry don't hold the Deeds or HM Land Registry create new Deeds, and the registering solicitors eventually dispose of the original deeds.

Hi peter, i have seen in other vids about the manufacturer's deed, that the deed is worth the same amount as the vehicle, and that the dvla sell the deed to make money, so the chances of anyone getting the deed would be possibly zero, i can't wait to see the reply when you get it as they will possibly just try to bullshit everyone.

I asked in local insurance broker about me taking ownership away from dvla and to get insurance through them for what would become my personal conveyance and they said come back once I've heard back from dvla and they'd see what could be done but wouldn't talk further until I'd done the paperwork..

Hi, thank you, but i have heard that the DVLA do not have the Manufacturers Certificate of Origin as they have securitised it and sold it, but who knows, i so hope what you have watched is true, thank you.

Looking at the V888 form on 2nd page, it would seem like this is the form Parking Companies use to get information before they send out their demands for fines and etc. I'm a bit skeptical that this form might not serve its purported goal. Although, we can only hope.

Hi Peter, thanks for this and all you do, this is particularly interesting and exciting. In my research, I have come across the name of an insurer who seems to be an ally (I'm still working out my approach, my wagon is still in the system so haven't actually insured with them yet) and very knowledgeable from sovereign/ deregistered aspect. Also, fair with prices. Don't want to say name here in case it gets them in trouble, can I share some other way with you?

Additionally, as motor insurance is such a horrendous pants down, put it up us scam- I've always thought if I/ the people had enough money, a no brainer and stonker of an idea would be to set up our own insurance company and at the end of the year, if no claims made simply return all the money. Finances are ridiculous to start one up unfortunately

A recent guest (Rob) on Laura Nina's channel suggests "losing" your licence and reapplying by signing UD1-207 without prejudice all rights reserved to signify signing under duress. Have you heard of this peter as it sounds very UCC to me?
