The first thing is balance. If you have that then you can be "really loose" on the handlebars. Or you can call it a light touch. If you have a light enough touch, your front wheel will choose its own angle, and this is where you want to be, and that front tire will be kicked out farther than you would be holding it. That's the place of maximum grip, and should you hit any gravel, that's the place where the tire will recover on its own which makes it the place you really want to be. So get balanced enough to have a really light touch.

A couple weeks ago I tried a curve at 90mph. I bought my ninja 300 new in 2017. Never road before that. And I only have 5000 miles on my bike. I got scared and started looking to the right when the curve was going left. I can remember in my safety class how much it helped looking where you want to go. Well I stopped doing that halfway through the curve. I jumped my bike into last years bean field. We a lot of rain just before this. I road about 100 yards before the back end slid out. I had done the same thing years before on a three wheeler and went through a barbed wire fence. Almost cutting my bottom lip completely off. I took that curve at 80mph 2 days ago. But also using both lanes. And not taking my eyes off of where I wanted to go.

My tip would be to turn a little bit before the turns and turn a little sharper. The bike typically wants to go straight.

What about like on a 90 degree turn I find it sketchy sometimes because sometimes there cars hella on me and I’m down shifting to take the turn at a good speed but sometimes dosent work out so good

I know that this is a noob af question, but when countersteering, I am assuming the handlebars are never turned too much? Like when making u-turns…

Go wide? Scrub the speed with your rear brake. Not by jamming it but gently apply pressure on it.

I just lean and let the handle bar steer by it self, target fixation happens the most if you put your weight on the handle bar and it makes it difficult for the bike to turn.

Should you adjust your body to the leaning position before reacher the corner or as your getting into it??

Hang on a minute!!

He said

When you’re at a 45 degree angle you can bring the bike lower and sometimes hit the throttle harder !!! Really !!!???

When you’re at max lean angle or about 45 degrees you shouldn’t be HITTING the throttle harder at all !!

Anyone who hits the throttle at max lean angle is about to find themselves catapulted in to outer space !!

The throttle should be applied gently and progressively as you bring the bike back up progressively and then when you are at much less lean angle and coming out of the corner you can then and only then hit the throttle hard and NEVER before that

NEVER !!! ☠️

Don’t take this guys advice or you may meet god quicker than you had planned
