Don't you think this is an inappropriate way of expressing your concerns? regardless of anyone's gender, religion, ethnicity or race, this company - MCR ACTIVE (MOSS SIDE) has advertised job roles which have required criteria for applicants to have. you state in the video that there are members of staff with different ethnicities. are you aware of the staffing levels at this gym? do you know all the staff?

HAVE YOU taken the time to apply for these jobs? no. DO YOU have a list of applicants and their ethnicities who have applied for these jobs? no. This is due to you being a member of the public. Clearly, the intelligence to which you claim the gentlemen in the video is insulting is more likely to be ignorance towards the information provided to you by this member of staff, to which he is in every right to reject your questions. You are seen to be verbally abusive by swearing and intimidating by filming without this gentlemen's permission within a private building. Hounding staff members and recording them trying to give you a correct answer for what seems to be a very naive opinion will not get you the clarity needed. 
Handle things professionally. Be smart. Do BETTER!
