It may be little but I love the effort put into making the breathing ambience sound incredible and unique, it's not like what you usually get which is just normal heavy breathing. it's hollow and purring and rattling, and makes the thing you're following the perspective of seem very inhuman in a great way

You could have made the lighting very dark and intriguing for the horror
Then the horror essence could be felt
