Non- Lawyers are saying the Number can be photoshopped and changed and that this is stupid and what not. The thing is.
The whole point of this is just to prevent the other party( Mr Ajay in this case) from denying the relationship between the Chat and them. Meaning that they cannot say that this chat is not related to them, They can only say that this chat is Photoshopped and it will be verified later on anyway and in case it is photoshopped the party presenting the photoshopped evidence can face serious concequences.

Yes some say that phone no. Can also be photoshopped. Yes obviously it can be done... But from that no. If the lawyer can prove that from whose name is that name is registered..then its case becomes more prerogative.

This is a nice technique. It can be used to bring down the time taken to reach a verdict from 20 years to 19.5 years. All this while assuming that Ajay doesn't change his phone number.
