You guys know how much I love covering Face to Face so today I bring you one of my favorite tracks off of Reactionary. I think this record was their response to the "fans" after the unwarranted back lash they got after releasing "Ignorance is Bliss".

I wanted to try something different here and instead of recording this cover with one of my amps I used the Neural DSP Fortin Nameless Sim just for the hell of it. It was a little bit more challenging to mix and get the sound/levels right. Anyway, I downloaded the trial version and wanted to experiment and see how it would sound in a mix and in one of my videos. What do you all think?

I remember when this album was coming out they actually let the fans vote which songs make the record. They played .30 second clips of every song. It was rough coming off Ignorance is Bliss, but I never understood that because IIB was a masterpiece. Great Cover Man!!!

I think your usual gear nails the tones better. Something about it feels cold. Not any way a criticism of you as you usually nail it and maybe even better that the original at times.
