I love your channel! ❤ it took a lot of inner work and programs, as well as therapy for me to change my inner critic and negative self talk. I was my own worse enemy. I changed my perspective and attitude towards myself, searched within myself, and I’ve learned how to be my own best friend! My past trauma and dysfunction does not control me anymore. I’ve learned that the brain is a powerful thing, and by talking positive when I am talking negative, having self awareness and identifying these thoughts and behaviors has allowed me to make a positive change! I was on psy meds for almost a decade and I decided to come off ALL, it was hard for two months, but it was beneficial! ❤ in my experience, NO meds were going to heal me..it was a temporary fix! The meds were blocking me mentally, physically, and emotionally! 😊

How do you feel about antidepressants? I got a prescription for depression and it helps a lot I'm very happy for no reason 😂 but i agree woth you i just needed that boost
