Mass shooter in USA court: smirking, undefiant, unrepentant.

Mass shooter in Russia:
Unresponsive, comatose, missing 1 ear, swollen.

This is the way you treat terrorists but our western governments would treat them like they are the victims and need help!

Is confession out of torture considered true evidence???
Law seems to be lacking mority and ethics there.

Even innocent will confess for any crime to stop his torture

Do you remember what former V.P. Dick Cheney said about torturing detainees reference to Afghans? Once an American military service member went public with his videos and pics of naked men piled up in a pyramid and other actions taken by the military, Sgt. Griner and Private First Class Englund got ten years in prison and maybe a captain received prison time. That is when Cheney made that statement and outlawed cell phone cameras during combat as well. Cheney said to the public, "We're going to have to go to the dark side, if you will". Then, the CIA began flying detainees out of Afghanistan and to "black sites" to torture the detainees. We don't know what they did. When the ranking member of the committee in Congress, Feinstein, asked for the videos of the interrogations at black sites, someone ordered all evidence destroyed. War crimes of torture were commited by the Bush Administration; just to mention as a side order, the Iraq war was illegally justified, based on lies.
Were Bush and his people ever prosecuted by Obama or the ICCJ at The Hague? NO.

Ce probe au, doar declarațiile lor obținute sub agresiune fizică, recunoașterea este inevitabilă sub teroare, ar fi mare păcat să se afle că nu ei sunt teroriștii??!!!
