Fantastic. Please post these everyday. I stopped listening to the show after 25+ years because of the faulty ideological underpinning, but I still always valued the nutritional information, even though it became a smaller and smaller portion of the program.

 The man who literally wrote the book on natural fixed personality types (Who Are You Really?), was continually fixated on the perfectibility of human beings and the fact that they are deserving of the resources of others (a progressive ideology), along with turning a blind eye, if not a complete non-acknowledgment of human nature (greed, laziness and depression)... but at the same time he would get frustrated and intermittently rant that only a small percentage of people implemented any real change.
