Great video by Coach C👍🏽 Slightly off topic (sorry): if you look at Penny Hardaway footage from Orlando, he had a very hard gait - his feet hit the ground hard. And he had major knee trouble. Jordan, though, had a soft gait - and was league MVP in his 30s. Bio mechanics matter.
