Poly is great for one thing; Sway Bar bushings. Everything else would be for a dedicated track/race vehicle with the mindset of replacing bushings with more frequency.

I put lowering springs on my golf mk4 and the front stays a little raised, you can see the difference between the back and the front.
What can I do in this case I don't want to cut a turn to the spring
