HTC's argument for the 10 is rather interesting. The company claims that general smartphones sales are down because the wow factor is gone. The strategy with the 10 is to challenge that, and it's time to see if it walks the talk.

If 10 is for perfection, then a very tall order is being placed on the HTC 10. The company has come a long way to re-invent itself, and some products would even make you think it got lost in the process. The 10 is the company's new proposition towards an obsession that it's been teasing for weeks, and so far, the obsession has paid off.

I've had this phone for a couple months now. At the time I was thinking between the Moto Z force, galaxy s7 and this. Needless to say, I chose the 10 and I love it. It doesn't do anything spectacular, but what it does do, it does perfectly. Very reliable piece of hardware.

Great to see HTC back with a bang. My m8 was a wonderful phone, except camera, and the only I jumped ship. This as certainly grabbed my attention again

Dang. Close to stock Android, expandable memory, decent camera, good battery life, unlockable bootloader, good HTC update schedule, right size, fingerprint scanner, slight water resistance, and it's sold unlocked. The only thing missing is a removable battery but nothing except the disappointing G5 has it. This is a damn fine phone, and probably the one I'm going to get when my Nexus 6P dies. Unless the new Nexuses this year blow me away, that is.

I've been waiting to return to HTC for a long time, mainly being kept away by the camera. The thing is it's not worth upgrading from my G4 to any of this year's flagships (maybe not to next year's, too) although if i had to pick a phone right now it would probably be the 10, even though i really like the G5, whereas i would've picked the Samsung or LG flagship the last 2 years. Great job, HTC, and as always, awesome review, Jaime!

I'm so hyped for that phone. Best phone ever made. That build quality, the good software, camera and so on. Just awesome! Better than S7 in my opinion in software and design. Water resistance and wireless charging is nice to have but not necessary.
