I use the .75 on the cheeks, .50 lips, forehead - .25 eye area. But I never get that red. A bit pink, but not for long. The forehead is so darn tender, and I know I don't put as much elbow grease into that area. However, I do have tough skin and I do feel tenderness for about 24 hours later.

I derma rolled yesterday night and woke up with red skin i put moisturiser on and sudo creme to cool the red patches it did but now ive got bumps on my face its slightly red, what would you recommend? I think i dug too hard with the derma roller, ive been derma rolling for months this has never happened.
