I know for a fact I entered the right pin. I just got the phone and the first time I entered the pin it said it was incorrect. I hate technology. Was using a five year old phone for as long as I could, dreading this moment. Thanks for the help.

I did everything you showed but the only problem I have is I have the Gmail but I forgot the password and it's not letting me get into the phone I did everything you did and it worked but it's asking me for the Gmail that I used before and I put it but it's asking for that password I don't remember it

I cannot get the phone to do anything at all. It will not power off without a pin but I forgot the pin so I’m trying to factory reset it and I can’t. If I hold the buttons like you said, it does nothing. I tried holding it for about a minute and still nothing happens
