I am screaming listening to this podcast for this happened to me. Got the BBL out of insecurities and years later its non existence. I had NO business doing that procedure for my body was fine the way it was. I heard guys make comments when I was younger saying how pretty I was BUT if I only had the curves to compliment the face. Now keep in mind those same fools didn't have a pot to piss in nor a window to throw it out of but I allowed those voices to follow me for years. My husband was against me doing it but yet I didn't think I was enough. A body part does not define who you are. Thank God I didn't lose my life being a foolish woman for so many other women didn't make it off the table. Now I am thriving in life and loving me AND my body...no regrets; just lessons learned.

My 17 year old chose baptism this month. She was baptized wearing her "ACCEPTED" shirt that she got at your Winterjam appearance in PA last winter. That shirt means so much to her, after a s*icide attempt last year that came from peer rejection. She's a beautiful, smart, talented young woman. But this whole episode deals with why none of that matters when you feel deeply rejected. Please know that your work matters! These messages are reaching those who need it!
