Circular polarizer example

A CPL can be used to reduce glare on water, glass etc. Note the reflection of the sign which almost totally disappears on the windshield as well as the reflective glare. This is one filter that I would avoid the inexpensive ones such as Rocketfish, Sunpak etc. Camera used was a Canon 7d
