All you need is 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Or you can try regular over the counter peroxide. The stronger % the better. Place petroleum jelly on the skin around the brown or sun spot. To protect the normal skin. Then with a q tip dip in the peroxide, apply it to the brown area. It will sting and burn, leave it till it dry. The sting will stop. Do this 2 times a day for a week, a scab will form and soon fall over leaving behind new pink skin. Let the scab come loose on it's own, no picking at it. Which blends in at the skin heals. Peroxide's effect kills the sunspot layers of skin.
How do I know this? I have been doing this for 1 week now. The sunspot I hated under my right eye. Is nearly gone, just a scab or two left to fall off. It is awesome and easy to do at home.. : )
