About Me: I started lifting at 17 years old in 2019, the summer before I entered my freshman year of college. I was a mere 120 pounds at 5'8, and my only goal was to gain weight. Since then I've bulked 5 times, reaching my heaviest at 206 pounds, and cut 4 times to a lowest of around 10% bodyfat. In 2025 I plan to compete in my first natural bodubuilding show. Using the knowledge I have acquired and continue to learn, my goal is to help all of you achieve your fitness goals and prove that no matter what stands in your way, hard work and consistency will always prevail! My best advice. Go to a public pool or water park and you’ll realize how far ahead you really are. I recently discovered this. Kinda helped recalibrate me.

I'm now sick and lost 20kg. Don't know yet if my life it's safe or not because of the unknown disease. Please wish me luck, mates. It breaks my heart into lots of pieces the fact I can't train 😔, it was my passion. Do one more rep for me ❤️

You got the body man, it's good enough, far better than the majority, now focus on other things in life, life is short, time moves fast

Not sure if this helps but I personally have like two drives and merging them helped, though it wasn't exactly intentionally but kinda. So I have a drive to not dismiss what is natural for the human body, what is normal, what is genetics, and still healthy. But I also have a drive to still frgn want what I want and to get to see the type of beauty I want to see. So for me these two drove me to learn to genuinely like natural human bodies. It's weird bcs I have some OCPD-ish symptomatic and you'd expect someone like me to double down on the negative and not let go of my ideals but ig allowing the normal to exist and BE GOOD is also an ideal of mine and it drove me to change my ideals for aeathetics. You can absolutely change your ideals for aesthetics.

For example I always wanted the area between my lower lip and the edge of my chin to be flat. That is literally so extremely rare, I kid you not. I started deliberately looking at that area on people and I changed my view. I still like that sort of thing - I still prefer it when it's on the flatter side, there's still _something to it._ But I've learned to isolate the "something to it", dismiss the extreme, and appreciate it in combination with what is natural and normal, and see the beauty in that.

Also, whatever it is you want to look like, for any part of your body, you will not have that look in every angle and lighting. So that helped too. It literally physically is a trade off and can't bot be because that's how 3D shapes work, there's no "being better", it just is.

Also, focus. Focus is in some sense reality bending. Whatever I focus on aesthetically as I look at something that shapes how I perceive the aesthetic. I've come to appreciate different people's webtoon/cartoon art styles cause I feel they capture bits and peaces of what different people like to focus on when they look at a face and/or a body. The thing is, my body is what it is, and when I change it through exercise and what not it's still going to be one way at a time yaknow. At any point in time it just is what it is. And I choose what to focus on. I realized that as my focus was already shifting to focus on what I find beautiful. The ugly gets boring at some point. Idk about you but my ugly is like all the same, I haven't changed much. Stuff just is what it is. E s p e c i a l l y in the moment. It's so much more fun to enjoy the beauty instead. My own face and body give me so much pleasure just to look at.

I really hope this helps. You're very beautiful. I'm sure somewhere in your head you know that already. You're going through something and I'm sure it's not easy but I do think you are going t h r o u g h it, I think you won't stop here. I hope my comment helps you along this process. I wish you all the best! ❤️

For me it has been the other way around. I started wanting a massive physique and strength, especially legs, and now that I understand that it's beyond my capabilities for time and genetics I have come to much more humble targets, which are working for me.

I love the honesty and transparency, because putting in the work is the real deal

That’s how I look after a month of consistent training

best thing you can do if you are into health and fitness, is stay off of social media as much as you can

Max is so gorgeous when he’s bulky, but he looks great starting out too. His videos are so simple for people that are beginning.

Advice for you all: don't feel sad with your bodies, since you all are training I can assure you guys look good. I had gyno for more than a decade and even after the surgery it stills look awful imo, that's what is really fucked up. Be good bros, you guys are good.
