I take this daily but I give the chia seeds a quick wiz in my bullet to break them up, I also blend a whole lemon. I then leave in the fridge over night for sips the next day

I enjoyed this drink. I can't help thinking about tadpole eggs while drinking or just looking at the seeds once jelled from soaking. The lemon tastes really good.

Yes the chia seed lower my blood pressure so you have to watch it with them cause it will make you go to low. If you find yur balance with it, its very beneficial for blood pressure and weight loss.

Add a couple spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar to the mix and drink it in the morning on empty stomach. Better not to eat anything after that till lunch. You'll get the maximum benefits.
I generally mix the Seeds with water and let it sit overnight. This will release all nutrient into water.

GERMINATION; Always wait at least 30 mins for the seeds to start to germinate, gauge them through crispy hard - silky soft ,

Test also adding to meals to create texture in wonderful Raw dishes
