What does leadership truly mean?

What does leadership truly mean?

Is it about doing what you don’t like to do just because it needs to be done? is it about being the best at your job?

How can I become a great leader? Should I read books about it, or should I get some kind of certification?

We are all constantly struggling to find the magic formula of leadership, we admire the great leaders that have shaped our world and we let them inspire us in our darkest hours.

We love to learn about their experiences and we convince ourselves, that someday, we will accomplish something big as well.

But maybe, that day is not in the distant future, maybe that day is today, great things are happening now.

AIESEC has great leaders inviting us to join them on their journey, thank you for helping us become better makers.

Perhaps, leadership isn’t about a definition but the satisfaction of someone saying:
