As a retired Navy veteran and commercial truck driver that delivers to Space X (Vandenberg & KSC @ Roberts Rd) both require being a US citizen, clean background, 2 photo IDs just to get into the perimeter to deliver equipment, stainless etc.

With the materials and government contracts that Space X works with, there shouldn't be anyone on the payroll that couldn't pass a Secret FOUO background check at any given point of the HR hiring process.
