Thanks for your helpful review Ray. I have started using the Source of Life GOLD version and love it! I have fibromyalgia and this has been the best vitamin supplement for energy that I have found up to this point. You can get it on amazon for a cheaper price that most other places as well.

Hello, I have watched your video.A friend of mine told me that this vitamin is best for me because i work graveyard, and it would benefit me .However i have read reviews after review and find just awesome post.MY question is would this be a good daily vitamins for myself to take?I'm looking to have a bit more energy basically just something to help me get through my days as a single parent working graveyard lack of rest etc...What's your opinion?

vitamins and minerals are so important to overall health that they shouldn't be called "supplements" That's the correct philosophy. I think you'd agree too big ray!

@AgentSpiral Mega Men was expensive? I get a 90 caplet bottle for 8$ with the GNC Gold Card, that's pretty cheap to me for a 45 day supply if 2 are taken every day.

good thing to do if you have the "one a day" multivitamins is cut them in half and take 1 half in the morning and 1 half after working out

I have Source of Life having it literally while I'm watching your video!!! Mine is Vitamin Mineral and protein! Great video good point about too many antioxidants!!! I'm a newbie to your vides! have you done a video on Animal Pack's? I believe what you're taking is the same company just a different product line.
